As was first reported here, Tom Tancredo is moving forward with plans to run for governor. An exploratory committee is being filed and it appears that Tancredo is actually getting into the race this time.
Tom Tancredo isn't running for federal office he's talking about a state race. A candidate can't file an exploratory committee for Governor of Colorado. Tom is a one issue candidate who doesn't seem to understand that we have a complex number of issues facing our state and nation.
It looks like we're stuck with a bloody, pointless, divisive primary now that will prevent all Republicans from winning in 2010 instead of a low-intensity Penry-McInnis contest that would have turned out fine for which ever candidate won.
Who ever the hell decided that this was a better alternative than having Penry hanging around deserves to be shot.

CRAP.
This could turn ugly for us.

Touchy touchy
But you are correct. He can not file exploratory for a state office from my understanding.
Whatever it is
That's what they're calling it.
